#    Our first objective is to carry out a site visit to evaluate the possibility to build on your site.

#    Plans are then ascertained from our range, or possibly from your own design.

#    The financials are then formalised and a simple contract is put into effect.

#    A copy of the plans and specifications are then sent to your local Council, purely for their records. This is only for dwellings under 70 sq. m. If over that size, plans, specifications, etc. have to be lodged for a building consent which we can undertake if required.

#    Okay, we're nearly ready to start! A deposit is then paid directly to the chosen Licensed Building Practitioners, as are all other payments,            Materials are ordered and delivered to site.

#    During the period of construction I will pay a site visit once per week or when required, to oversee proceedings to ensure quality control.

#    I, personally are not responsible for the actions of sub-contractors but will take  all precautions to a favourable conclusion.
