I have been involved in the construction industry for over 45 years, most of that time operating as a self employed Licensed Building Practitioner in all aspects of the industry. I have a keen eye for detail which ultimately leads to a well finished project.

My main work was building additions, alterations and new houses, until I recognised the need for tiny homes, so I leased a factory and started off by converting shipping containers into beautiful homes, some of these turned into spectacular projects, even 2 story, with a rooftop deck, delivering them to many areas of the North Island.  We then added module homes to our repertoire, to build in modules of 6 x 3 metres in size, then transporting them to site and joining them together. These comprised of Studio units, one, two and three bedrooms, some with ensuites.
