Terms and Conditions
* Scope of Work: A contract is signed between you and Project Managing Services, as well as with each individual sub-contractor. Project Managing Services will where necessary, manage Council documents, hire Sub-Contractors, organise material supplies and carry out regular site inspections. * Fees and payment Structure: Project Managing Services charge a flat rate of $55.00 per hour, and adheres to strict intervals and payment due dates. * Variations Mechanism: A formal process is carried out, outlining any changes to the scope of work, price variation, cost and timeline, all documented and agreed upon in writing. * Termination and Dispute Resolution: Termination of contract can be mutually agreed upon with two weeks notice in writing from either party, or maybe go before the Disputes Tribunal if no reolution is found. * Responsibilities: Project Managing Services are in no way responsible for the actions of any individuals.
